Trader Ming’s
Trader Joe’s has a series of Thai noodle boxes, and now that I’m eating lunch in an office again I’m getting fairly well acquainted with them. At $2 each they are about 40-60% off the comparable supermarket alternatives, so that’s a win. The Kung Pao is spicy and really quite good, while the Pad Thai is reasonably tasty but not particularly reminiscent of the real deal, and the Peanut Satay is just alright (bland, smooth, kinda greasy). Maybe I should try not adding all the sauce…
I’d give TJ’s some link-love, but they have a lousy website that does not show information regarding their products.

Quick vote
After hearing about 3-hr waiting lines for early voting a few weeks ago, we were worried that it would take forever to vote today. We shouldn’t have — in and out in 20 minutes!
